Job Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of administrative and marketing related activities.
  • Oversee project execution and event management, ensuring client satisfaction, smooth communication, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Liaise with and support all departments on any administrative and marketing-related matters.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, records and documentations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Job Requirements
  • Candidate must be a Malaysian.
  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Event Managements, Marketing, or in any business-related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing and/or any experiences in administration. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS office, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiasm, a fast learner with good time management.
  • Team player with a pleasant personality.
  • Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Must possess own four-wheeled vehicle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
