Kerja Sepenuh Masa ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (LAND SURVEYING), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di JURUKUR RESOURCES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Ensure all project are complete within the specific time frame and quality requirements.
• Manage projects from initial stage to final plan preparation including fee calculations, analysis and final checking of drawings.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor the progress of all aspects Strata and Highrise development projects.
• Resolve engineering, technical and site-related issues involving surveying works.
• Understand client requirements and ensure all details are accurately incorporated into drawings, report and projects deliverables.
• Conduct and facilitate project coordination and progress meeting; prepare and submit projects progress and technical report.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondence.
• Manage contractual matters including costing, fee estimates and billing submission.
• Liaise with relevant Authorities for necessary submission, approvals and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate meetings and requirement with subcontractor, clients and other relevant government agencies.
• Work closely with surveyors and draughtsman to ensure comply with project specifications and client requirement.
• Participate actively in tender preparation and bidding exercise including cost calculation, estimation, and compilation of commercial/technical documents.
• Maintain proper document control and ensure adherence to Standard of procedure (ISO 9001:2015).
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
• Able to go site and willing to travel outstation when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/professional Degree in Land Surveying / Geomatics, Architecture, Engineering, Building Surveying, or any related field.
• At least minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Geomatics and Land Surveying is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): ZWCAD & AUTOCAD and Ms Office (esp. Ms Excel).
• Proven experience in resolving issues related to land matters, engineering and site surveying, with knowledge of land regulatory requirements and project management.
• Established network with local authorities will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, adapt to new tasks, and work under pressure or overtime to meet deadlines.
• Responsible, highly committed, and capable of leading development projects.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
