Employment Details
- Working Days: 6 days per week (1 rotational rest day)
- Working Hours (Rotational Shift): 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance)
- Work Arrangement: Work from Office (KL)
Key Responsibilities
1. Parcel Processing & Handover
- Receive parcels from sellers or customers during drop-off hours
- Check parcel condition (size, packaging, labeling compliance)
- Scan parcels accurately into the system
- Arrange and store parcels properly for driver pickup
- Ensure parcel count and records are accurate during daily handover
2. Seller Support & Team Coordination
- Assist sellers with drop-off procedures and cut-off times
- Provide clear explanation on basic parcel requirements
- Coordinate daily tasks with drivers and sorting team
- Monitor attendance and ensure smooth daily workflow
3. Compliance & Daily Operations
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines
- Report missing, damaged, or irregular parcels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support the team in achieving daily operational targets
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
- Willing to work 6 days per week on rotational shifts
- Willing to work OT during peak periods (claimable)
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: RM1,850
- Fixed Allowance: RM150
- Performance Incentive: Up to RM500
- Overtime Claim (when applicable)
- Annual Leave: 1 day per month (prorated)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
