JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about building brands, shaping narratives and supporting impactful communication strategies? We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Executive, Corporate Marketing & Communications to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our corporate image, managing internal and external communications and delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans aligned with brand and business objectives.

· Create, coordinate and manage content across multiple channels (digital, email, print, website, PR).

· Draft and edit marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, press releases, newsletters, announcements and speeches.

· Support campaign planning and execution, including media reviews, familiarisation trips, product launches, promotions and events.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners and key stakeholders to ensure positive brand visibility.

· Collaborate with Social Media Team to develop targeted and effective content, campaign ideas and platform-specific strategies.

· Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities, providing recommendations for improvement.

· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging communication tools to enhance marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in PR, marketing, branding or communications roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.

· Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Written and spoken knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of communications, media relations and stakeholder engagement.

· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and brand building.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
