JD:

Responsibilities:

• Analyse/review all overhead recharges monthly.
• Prepare pre-audit files.
• Liaise with auditors & tax agent, resolve audit & tax queries.
• Post month-end journal entries.
• Post bank entries for dormant companies and update intercompany reconciliation weekly.
• Prepare monthly trial balance, identify and prepare adjustment journals.
• Prepare Monthly Management Accounts (MMA) Reports.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation monthly.
• Identify required adjustments and prepare journals.
• Monthly Fixed Asset management: Addition, Disposal & Depreciation postings.
• Assist on ad hoc tasks.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in any relevant course.
• At least having one year experience in GL with good knowledge in double entries and with intermediate level of excel skill (for example know how to use vLookup, Pivot, IF, SumIF).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
