Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment & Administration Assistant to support our hiring activities and daily office operations. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a fast-paced and positive working environment.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media 
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates 
  • Arrange interview schedules and coordinate with candidates 
  • Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups 
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records 
  • Support onboarding process for new hires 

Administrative Support

  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry 
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents 
  • Manage office supplies and general office administration 
  • Support attendance tracking and employee records management 
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks 
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
