Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive to support the company’s daily accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maintain accurate accounting records and data entry
• Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and closing
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors
• Support payroll, GST, and administrative finance duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
• Familiar with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Info-Tech, or similar systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organized, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information professionally

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
9 AM – 6 PM
