Job Description
Your key role and responsibilities areas as follows:
• Greet and assist all guests, including VIPs and regular customers, with warmth and professionalism • Register guests upon arrival, allocate rooms, and ensure accurate entry of guest details in the system
• Promote current packages, seasonal promotions, and membership sign-ups to walk-in and existing customers
• Provide personalized service by remembering the preferences of returning customers and preparing their preferred setup in advance
• Handle cashiering duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing end-of-day sales
• Assist in festive or thematic decorations within the KTV premises to enhance the customer experience
• Support the planning and execution of in-house events, customer appreciation nights, and promotional campaigns
• Answer phone, online, and walk-in inquiries regarding reservations, room availability, pricing, and services
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front counter and common areas
• Perform other administrative or operational support tasks as required by the manager
