Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.

  • Ensure efficient operations at warehouse.

  • Responsible for the receipt and logging of incoming materials, supplies and products.

  • Disburse/deliver all miscellaneous items, and tag warehouse receiving label / capital equipment / assets per guidelines.

  • Responsible for correctly storing materials according to OSHA regulations and Safety guidelines and assisting with stock-tacking or cycle count activities.

  • Ensure packaging material is in good condition to be used (pallets, boxes, clamshell); Put them in good condition if needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse area: ensure the warehouse is in order all the time, parts are at the right place (5S) and highlight on non 5S issue with required department.

  • Fill parts orders from inventory. Pack, crate, and ship products and materials to customers, departments, or production.

  • Shipping of raw materials, complex commodities, capital equipment and miscellaneous items.

  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, manual/electric pallet jacks, and scrubber. Load and unload material utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment.

  • Assist Sales Admin tasks as and when required.

  • Ensure receiving in SAP done accurately and on-time.

  • Communicate with all relevant departments on receiving and delivery according to the necessity.

  • Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental policies, Energy policies procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative etc.

  • Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities.

  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements :

  •  Candidate must be a certificate / Diploma holder or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in warehouse/ logistic or any related field.

  • Licensed forklift driver and other PIT / machinery used for moving and transporting materials/ products safely and follow EHS requirements.

  • Experience in Material/Inventory Control techniques. (KANBAN, MRP and/or Visual Management).

  • Support shipment preparation and documentation activities.

  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, Shipping & Receiving Applications, Material & Inventory Control.

  • Knowledge of Customs declaration forms including K1, K2, K9 & GPB, and related documentation requirements.

  • Able to communicate in spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Able to work independently and as a team.
