As an Account Officer (AP) at Kim Hin Ceramic (Seremban) Sdn. Bhd., you will play a vital role in the company's finance and accounting department. This full-time position is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, and will involve handling accounts payable responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

• Reconcile accounts payable accounts and maintain accurate records

• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Provide support in other accounting and finance-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role

• Relevant diploma or degree in accounting or finance

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
