Job Description

People Management

1. Ensure the implementation and effective operation of the company's rules, regulations and policies in the area under its jurisdiction, create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment within the team area, and assess employees who violate the "Production Line Team Management Regulations".

2. Responsible for the goal management and performance evaluation of team members, supervise trainers to formulate training plans regularly, provide skills training for new employees, and improve the labor skills of new employees.

3. Responsible for the initial performance evaluation of line leaders, trainers and mobile workers.

4. Chair the team morning meeting, convey various instructions and relevant information from superiors, and confirm various execution results.

5. Implement various reward and punishment systems, improvement proposals and other requirements truthfully to fully mobilize employees' enthusiasm for work.

6. The team leader should check the handover record book in time when he/she is on duty, and record the matters that need to be handed over in the handover record book when he/she leaves work (handover can be done via WeChat/WhatsApp)

Quality

1. Ensure the effective implementation of various standardized work within the team area, urge employees to operate according to standard operating instructions, and ensure the quality of product delivery.

2. Strictly implement the "three no's" principle of quality, handle quality problems generated by the team in a timely manner, and report quality problems that cannot be solved to the second-level manager or first-level manager in a timely manner; organize employees to participate in quality improvement training.

3. Report equipment failures at each position to a repairman, and be able to follow the corporate WeChat/WhatsApp process and MES repair reporting

4. According to the system requirements, guide, organize and supervise the team members to identify environmental factors and hazards, strictly implement safe operating procedures, and do not give any illegal commands.

5. Consciously abide by local laws, regulations and the company's rules and regulations, learn and master the basic knowledge of quality systems such as IATF16949, and strive to meet its requirements.

6. Carry out monthly training around annual quality indicators and arrange implementation work.

Delivery Management

1. Responsible for the daily work arrangement of the team, supervise the team to complete the daily production plan requirements of the Planning Department, and do a good job of communication between the upper and lower process teams to ensure smooth production.

2. According to the instructions of the Planning Department, timely adjust production tasks (personnel changes, adjustments of mobile workers, changes in work machines and positions, and assisting in the trial production of new products).

Site Management

1. Assist on-site planning engineers to complete team improvement work.

2. Responsible for the implementation of 5S work and labor discipline in the team's work area.
