Job Overview
this role is responsible for implementing and operating the HR system (performance evaluation, grading, and salary increase system) designed by the Japan headquarters within the Malaysian entity.
The main responsibilities include explaining the system to employees, collecting and consolidating performance evaluations, operational management, and handling inquiries and issues, as well as coordination with local management.
In the future, the role will also cover overall HR functions such as recruitment, labor relations, payroll, and training, as well as HR team management, system improvement, organizational development, and reporting to senior management. The position is expected to grow into an Assistant General Manager role overseeing the entire HR department.
