Role Description

The Electronics Service Engineer will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for electronic systems and equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes for electronic systems and associated equipment
• Ability to provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in electronics or a related field
• Experience in industrial, retail, or mobility technology sectors is an advantage
• Proactivity and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
