An exciting role for an experienced  market access professional to drive oncology value, pricing and reimbursement strategy in Singapore.

Join a leading pharmaceutical company in this is a highly visible individual contributor role, ideal for someone who combines strategic market access expertise with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of Singapore’s healthcare and reimbursement landscape.

The Senior Manager/Manager will:

• Lead local oncology value, access and pricing strategies across the product lifecycle
• Drive HTA and reimbursement submissions, value dossiers and evidence generation activities
• Develop payer-focused value propositions and funding strategies
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across medical, commercial, regulatory and regional/global market access teams
• Monitor healthcare policy, pricing and reimbursement developments and translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Lead pricing governance, tender strategy and innovative patient access initiatives
• Support launch readiness and long-range portfolio planning from an access perspective

To be shortlisted for the role, you will come with:

• 5–8+ years’ experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, Reimbursement or related functions within pharmaceuticals/biotech
• Strong understanding of Singapore healthcare systems, payer frameworks and oncology access pathways.  
• Hands-on experience with HTA submissions, evidence generation and pricing strategy
• Familiarity with APAC or international HTA frameworks will be of added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders
