Manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and other online marketplaces.
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and consistently updated, including pricing, product images, descriptions, promotions, and brand content.
Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory planning, and logistics operations to ensure seamless customer experience and timely delivery.
Monitor platform compliance, store performance, customer feedback, and service level KPIs proactively, taking prompt corrective action when required.
Own and drive e-commerce sales performance, revenue targets, and profitability (P&L) across assigned platforms and markets.
Plan, coordinate, and execute online campaigns, mega sales events, and promotional activities (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Payday Sales).
Develop and optimize pricing strategies, bundles, vouchers, promotions, and product offers to maximize conversion rates, customer acquisition, and profit margins.
Analyze sales performance, customer purchasing behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
Execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing initiatives including platform ads, search ads, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and performance campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, or content creators on content marketing, livestream sessions, creative assets, and campaign execution to drive traffic, engagement, and sales growth.
Support brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives aligned with MEIKO’s health & wellness positioning.
Diploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations and online sales management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset with advanced Google Sheets capabilities.
Experienced in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced business environment.
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and digital advertising platforms is preferred.
Strong commercial mindset with understanding of sales, inventory, margin, and online customer behaviour.
Passion for health, wellness, retail, or consumer products industry will be an added advantage.
