Job Description:
This role will be responsible to assist Marketing department in concierge counter.
This position will be based in Atria Mall, PJ Selangor.
Responsibilities:
To communicate with the customers and to ensure concierge/ information counter is in good presentable order at all times.
To gather and provide all the information to customers such as travel routes, transportation availability, etc.
To communicate with and assist tenants when required by centre management.
To provide administrative and physical support to marcom / centre management during advertising, promotions and branding activities and stage events.
To provide administrative support to marcom / centre management in other activities when required.
To perform any other duties as and when instructed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
Peringatan Penting
