️ Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across project planning and execution
• Oversee engineering operations, technical development, and project delivery
• Develop engineering strategies aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including production, operations, and management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Review engineering designs, technical specifications, and operational processes
• Drive process improvements, innovation, and continuous optimization initiatives
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Proven experience in engineering leadership or management roles
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering systems, operations, and project management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Familiarity with engineering software, project management tools, and technical documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree or professional engineering certification
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, energy, construction, or technology industries
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience leading large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects
