Poly Vision Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technical Coordinator to support our retail and project installations. The role involves quantity take-off, drawing review, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of our installation works.

The ideal candidate should possess understanding of architectural drawings, technical details, and site coordination, with the ability to manage both project communication and client-facing.

Key Responsibilities

Drawing & Quantity Support

• Review architectural drawings and extract dimensions
• Assist in quantity take-offs and measurement for estimate purposes

Project Coordination

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and designers
• Attend site/Consultant meetings and assist with project coordination
• Ensure site measurement and installation works are done

Sales & Marketing

• Assist in preparing tabulation for quotations and project documentation
• Coordinate samples and material submissions
• Follow up with project stakeholders when required

Requirements

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Basic ability to read architectural drawings
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and grow in the construction / interior industry
