Hiring: TECHADMIN (MO TEAM) | Singaporeans And Singapore PR Only

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented TECHADMIN to join our MO Team in Ang Mo Kio.

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Qualification: N Level / O Level / ITE in Business Administration or related field

Experience: Fresh Graduates or Candidates with 1 year of administrative experience are welcome to apply

Eligibility: Singaporeans and Singapore PR Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and close Maintenance Orders (MO) in customer SAP systems for various projects within stipulated timelines

• Liaise with customers and respond to job-related queries professionally

• Perform goods movement transactions in SAP and ensure proper accountability of items

• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

N Level / O Level / ITE qualification in Business Administration or related discipline

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills

Good diplomacy and communication abilities

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
