About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our talented team at JoonHee Micron Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor.

This role is responsible for leading and executing product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring that new products meet performance, quality, cost, and delivery requirements. What you'll be doing

a) Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production lines.

b) Support new part development and testing, carrying out tasks required for successful mass production.

c) Prepare project write-ups for suppliers to facilitate RFQ preparation.

d) Compile and maintain PPAP documentation for new product development.

e) Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve quality issues during the development process.

f) Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment

3. Strong understanding of process engineering principles, such as process design, optimization, and control

4. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process-related issues

5. Experience in project management, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute process improvement initiatives

6. Familiarity with quality management systems and experience in process validation and documentation

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
