Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Customer Service Executive di Mediterranean Shipping Company Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist Customer Service Assistant Manager/ Customer Service Manager to oversee overall daily operation needs of the customer service dept.

• Attending to all customers enquiries professionally via email or phone calls and ensure to adhere to all company process and procedures

• Achieving all KPI's set for the role as well as the department.

• Ensure to communicate and collaborate with other departments and to ensure smooth operations are achieve for all shipments.

• Provide relevant information and assist customers with problem solving

• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the team lead / management

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Candidates with a minimum 2-3 years' customer service background in shipping or logistics would be required for this role.

• A team player, good leadership, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong analytical and good communication skills.

• Candd must be able to speaks and write good English.

• Proficient in MS Office application

• Must be prepared to learn new system applications.
