WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most property agents want interns to help with social media.
Norman is looking for someone more hands-on.
This role is for someone who wants to learn how real estate content is planned, filmed, edited, and turned into useful posts across videos, captions, carousels, and simple social media assets.
You will not be expected to come in as an expert.
You will start by helping with simple content tasks, filming support, basic edits, captions, repurposing, and carousel drafts. Over time, we will slowly ramp you up into more content ownership as you improve.
You will work directly with Norman on property viewings, launches, and content shoots, while also receiving training and guidance from a social media consulting team.
You will learn:
- How to shoot cleaner property content
- How to edit short-form videos faster
- How to create stronger hooks and simple content angles
- How to write captions and carousel ideas that are easy to understand
- How to use AI to produce content faster with less manual work
- How to use AI to ideate, edit, repurpose, and improve content faster
- How to turn raw footage into content that builds trust and supports sales conversations
This is not just a video editing internship. It is a content apprenticeship where you will learn how property content can build trust, educate buyers, and support a real business.

THE 4RS - YOUR ROLE BREAKDOWN
Be Norman's content intern and support the creation of property-related content across video, captions, carousels, and social media assets.
Your role is to help turn Norman's property viewings, market observations, and REB Framework insights into simple, useful, and engaging content.
You will support a mix of content formats, including:
- Short-form videos
- Simple video edits
- Supporting footage for content
- Captions for posts
- Carousel content
- Basic graphics and content assets
- Repurposed content from viewings and market insights
The goal is to build a steady content engine.
We are aiming to create more content volume over time, but you will not be expected to handle everything immediately. You will be trained, guided, and slowly ramped up as you become more confident.
This role is not about creating viral videos overnight. It is about learning how to think, shoot, edit, write, improve, and publish consistently.
Every piece of content should help Norman:
- Build trust with buyers and sellers
- Explain property decisions clearly
- Show his data-led, no-hype approach
- Turn complex property advice into simple content
- Create useful posts that people actually want to watch, read, or save

- Support a growing content workflow as the team increases output
We are aiming to build toward around 10-15 content pieces per month across different formats, including videos, captions, carousels, and supporting assets.
You will not be expected to do all of this perfectly from day one. The volume will ramp up as you learn the style, workflow, and expectations.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT FIT
You Like Both Video and Content
You do not only want to edit videos. You are also open to captions, carousels, simple graphics, repurposing, and learning how content works as a full system.
You Are Willing to Learn
You do not need to be the best editor in Singapore. But you need to be coachable, curious, and willing to improve quickly.
You Care About Clear Communication
Good content is not just about nice visuals. It is about helping people understand something faster. You care about making property advice clearer, simpler, and easier to consume.
You Want to Learn AI-Assisted Content Creation
You are open to using AI to move faster. This includes ideation, captions, rough scripting, carousel drafting, editing support, repurposing, and creative testing.
AI will not replace your taste. But it can help you create more content in less time, with less manual work, if you learn how to use it well.
You Can Take Feedback
You do not take edits personally. You understand that first drafts are meant to improve.
You Are Interested in Property, Business, or Social Media
You do not need deep real estate knowledge. But you should be curious about property, marketing, social media, or how content helps a business grow.
