Position Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences. This role is responsible for partnering with clients to understand their business objectives, designing scalable technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of API integrations, solution architecture, and customer-facing technical consulting. You will work with stakeholders ranging from engineers and product managers to senior business leaders, driving technical discussions, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Client Engagement

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the pre-sales, solution design, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
• Design and recommend technical solutions that address complex business challenges while aligning with customer objectives.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations and showcase how proposed solutions can achieve desired business outcomes.

Technical Consulting & Integration Support

• Develop proof-of-concept (POC) applications and technical prototypes to demonstrate solution capabilities.
• Support customers during integration projects by providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Design and review RESTful API integrations to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering teams to facilitate successful customer integrations.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Own and manage technical deliverables across the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Ensure project milestones, dependencies, and risks are properly tracked and communicated.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive successful implementations.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including senior executives.

Continuous Improvement

• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams regarding customer requirements, implementation challenges, and enhancement opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements that reduce implementation timelines and improve customer onboarding experiences.
• Contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or another STEM-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as:
• Solutions Engineer
• Solutions Architect
• Sales Engineer
• Technical Consultant
• Implementation Consultant
• Pre-Sales Engineer
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design practical technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as:
• Java
• JavaScript
• Python
• PHP
• Ruby
• C#
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs into web or enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
