Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate logistics arrangements to ensure all delivery needs are fulfilled.
• Liaise with appointed service providers to secure freight space and ensure smooth shipment planning.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are properly packed and ready for collection.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation for both international shipments and domestic deliveries.
• Support any ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.
Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.
