Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR executives

  • Organize, compile, and maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist in processing SOCSO and insurance claims

  • Update and manage HR databases (new hires, resignations, leave records, disciplinary actions, etc.)

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information

  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately

  • Prepare reports for senior management

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and local labor regulations is an advantage

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
