Full Time Senior Projects Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 14,000 in HONGKONG LAND (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead major development projects across Southeast Asia from launch through completion and handover. The role is responsible for delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, programme, cost, governance, and health & safety while working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, partners, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from launch through completion and handover.
• Establish project execution strategies, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
• Manage consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and act as the developer’s representative on day-to-day matters.
• Develop and manage integrated development programmes covering design, authority submissions and approvals, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Establish and manage project budgets, cashflows, and cost control processes.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved project execution plans and business objectives.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, partners, and senior management.
• Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues with recommended solutions.
• Support senior management through strategic advice and project reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate governance requirements, company policies, and approval procedures.
• Promote and uphold high standards of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) throughout all stages of project delivery.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, authority regulations, and development procedures across relevant Southeast Asia markets.

Requirements

• Good degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Sciences
• Minimum 15 years’ experience delivering complex development projects from inception to handover.
• A team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership.
• Proven track record in commercial, mixed-use, retail, and/or residential developments, ideally with a property developer.
