Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Internship - Transaction Monitoring di Commerz Global Service Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

Internship Details:

• Duration: We’re looking for interns who can commit to a period of at least 3–6 months.
• Work mode: Fully Onsite
• Office Location: Level 11, 12 & 13 CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya
• Easy Access via Public Transport: About 5-minute walk from Taman Jaya LRT station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st level review & analysis for AML Transaction Monitoring alerts and WL-X Customer Screening alerts in timely manner as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Act as transaction monitoring backup alert handler (Level 1 processing) to ensure operational stability within Compliance Ops Department.
• To be able to work on extended working hours as and when there is volume hike as required by the Team Head/ Line Manager or Head of Department.
• Ensure timely review and closure of alerts, investigations, research, disposition, and documentation in accordance with the regulatory and the banks standard.
• Maintain complete record of information source for audit purpose.
• To adhere to the TM and WLF alert handling business hours as per the locations she/he assigned with.
• Handling TM and WLF alert review as per guided by framework, policies, standard operating practices (SOP), guidelines, practices and standards imposed by the Company/Group.
• Timely response to request for information (RFI) from stakeholders.
• Complete trainings as and when assigned within the stipulated deadline.
• Any other duties as required by the Team Head/ Line Manager or Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Preferably specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• Minimum CGPA is 3.0
• Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
• Required language(s): Fluent verbal and written English required.
• Required Skill(s): Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• NOTE: Successful candidates will be employed on Internship Duration contract directly under Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn Bhd.
• Successful candidates will undergo minimum of two (2) months of comprehensive new hire training and on the job training.
