Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Kuala Lumpur. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures, ensuring that they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed drawings, reviewing project designs, coordinating with construction teams and clients, and ensuring that all designs comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with other architects and engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Architectural design, project management, and construction oversight experience
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure or certification preferred
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
