Tanggungjawab

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales coordination and order processing to support Sales & Marketing team.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing department as to ensure goods are delivered out time
  • Monitor inventory record and stock level to stock replenishment.
  • Generate Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB), Delivery Order (DO) and invoice.
  • Handle branches petty cash. (except BM)
  • Hand the customer's enquiry.
  • Update and maintain inventory & cylinder record.
  • Liaise with transporters / forwarders for goods collection and delivery.
  • Compile all incoming invoices before submitting for verification and approval.
  • Prepare and fax sales quotation in accordance to the prices approved by the authorized personnel.
  • Transfer of goods within warehouse, return / exchange of goods, write-off and product defects claims.
  • Prepare and generate relevant monthly reports.
  • Assist sales personnel to prepare product catalogue / pricing list and tender submission.
  • Record goods received.
  • Attend to walk-in-customer.
  • Maintain and update customer listing.
  • Liaise with logistics for goods delivery and collection.
  • Issue PO according to purchase requisition approved by authorized personnel.
  • Monitor branches' office equipment, computers and furniture and fitting are in good condition.
  • Ensure cleanliness of branches include pantry & wash room as well as surrounding outside the building include car park.

Qualification and Skills

  • Certificate in relevant discipline or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same capacity, preferably in related field.
  • Must be PC literate.
  • Good coordination skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
