About You

In this role, you'll collaborate with our experienced professionals to streamline vendor operations, optimize logistics processes, and ensure seamless coordination between suppliers and our organization. This internship will provide valuable insights into vendor management within the logistics industry, providing a solid foundation for a future career in supply chain management.

Your Day-to-Day

• Monitor the performance of trailer vendor companies.
• Keep track of vendor performance data using spreadsheets.
• Track any backlogs in deliveries or collections.
• Update and manage systems related to vendor management (CMS & TMS).
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with the vendors.
• Review and process daily Puspakom listings.
• Submit a weekly bundle of listings
• Update systems related to Puspakom.

Your Know-How

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic or any others related background
• Good command in English & B. Malaysia.
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Skill(s): PowerPoint, Word, & Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, listening & communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
