What You Do

Assist in Production Stability:

• Support early warning systems, risk assessments, and SLA management.
• Participate in establishing and improving project monitoring systems and event handling mechanisms to ensure stable operations.

IT Infrastructure and Security:

• Help maintain IT infrastructure, system security, and data security.
• Contribute to understanding and analyzing user needs and transforming them into technical solutions.

Remote Communication:

• Communicate with offshore customers, operation and maintenance teams, and development teams to ensure smooth collaboration and issue resolution.

What We Want

Education

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.

Experience:

• No prior work experience required, but relevant coursework or projects are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong sense of responsibility and motivation.
• Good team communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Availability:

• Availability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
