Education & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an IT executive, IT support, or system administration role.

Hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Lark, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar) is highly preferred.

Experience in IT asset management and software procurement is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Lark platform administration or willingness to be certified.

Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting, OS environments (Windows/macOS), and networking basics.

Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or equivalent).

Ability to evaluate SaaS and AI tools, with an understanding of APIs, integrations and workflow automation.

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT governance.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical matters to non-technical staff.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

A genuine interest in technology, AI, and digital innovation.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
