Tanggungjawab

  • Manage and maintain project documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Handle document filing, sorting, scanning, and archiving systematically.
  • Maintain and update file registers and document tracking logs.
  • Ensure all project documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with project teams regarding document submission and updates.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and administrative documents.
  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business Studies, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and document management skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in construction/project documentation is an added advantage.
