Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor (QS), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Hotayi Electronic (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

- To coordinate the negotiation, bidding/tendering, execution and compliance of all contracts.

- To conduct site visits and site measurements

- To ensure that our tender/quotations will be according to the client’s requirements

- To break down BQ according to trades / contractors / suppliers.

- To perform cost analysis and compare with multiple quotations

- To brief and ensure our contractors/suppliers understand the work planning, requirements and

site conditions

- To issue work orders to selected contractor / suppliers.

- To verify work progress at the site before submitting for progress claim and progress payment.

- To ensure on all works and any additional works at every stage of a project are reviewed,

approved and completed on time, within budget and to the correct standard

- To compile and prepare all documentation needed to submit for Final Claim and Final Payment.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in quantity surveying or relevant field.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying

- Good knowledge in construction materials and methods.

- A clear understanding of construction industry’s law and regulations.

- Have broad range of building, managerial and communication skills, along with sound commercial awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
