Position : Social Commerce Executive

Location: Jalan Tandang, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Industry: Consumer Health

Contract: 12 months via PERSOL

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,500 (based on experience & skills)

What You’ll Be Doing

TikTok Shop & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales performance (revenue, conversion, basket size)
• Optimize product assortment, pricing & promotions
• Execute major campaigns like 6.6, 7.7 & Mega Sales

Content & Livestream Strategy

• Plan and manage high-converting content calendars
• Collaborate with creators, agencies & affiliates
• Support livestream planning, scripting & performance tracking

Affiliate & Creator Management

• Recruit and manage TikTok creators & affiliates
• Drive performance through incentives & partnerships
• Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators

Campaign Execution

• Execute promotions (bundles, vouchers, platform deals)
• Work with marketing teams on integrated campaigns

Performance Optimization

• Monitor daily metrics and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with distributors on stock, pricing & sell-out plans

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years in social commerce / e-commerce / digital marketing
• Passion for TikTok, content creation & FMCG/consumer health
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & digital tools
• A proactive, creative and results-driven mindset
