Sepenuh Masa Purchasing Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Tenpower Malaysia Sdn Bhd Banting - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage the company’s procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to support business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers
• Request and compare quotations to obtain the best pricing and terms
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
• Follow up on order status and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with related departments on purchasing requirements
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements with suppliers
• Maintain proper purchasing records, documentation, and filing
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality, or shortages
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience (manufacturing industry is an added advantage)
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (optional)
