What’s the job?

Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience as Duty Manager in hotel Front Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong skills and experience in Front Office system and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in Opera system would be an advantage
  • Good leadership and people skills
  • Must be Malaysian
