Position Summary

HCASB is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead business growth initiatives and strengthen market presence across all regions in Malaysia. The role will focus on developing and executing regional marketing and business development strategies to drive patient growth, corporate partnerships, healthcare referrals, specialist engagement, and expansion opportunities across HCASB’s healthcare ecosystem.

The successful candidate should possess strong strategic planning abilities, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution capabilities, with experience building healthcare networks and driving growth across multiple geographic regions.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Regional Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase HCASB market presence throughout Malaysia.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across key regions including Central, Northern, Southern, East Coast, Sabah, and Sarawak.
  • Build and expand referral channels, partnerships, and regional healthcare networks.
  • Identify opportunities for new clinics, specialist services, healthcare programs, and business collaborations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify regional trends and opportunities.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage branding initiatives to strengthen HCASB positioning within the healthcare sector.
  • Plan and execute regional promotional activities, healthcare events, and outreach programs.
  • Develop annual marketing calendars and budgets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and regions.

Corporate & Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish relationships with:
  • Corporates and employers
  • Insurance companies
  • General practitioners and specialists
  • Government agencies
  • Healthcare providers
  • Universities and community organizations
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive patient referrals and business growth.

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Oversee:

  • CRM and patient engagement initiatives
  • Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage marketing personnel and external agencies where required.

  • Foster collaboration across operations, clinical, and business development teams.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports covering:

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • MBA is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years marketing/business development experience
  • Minimum 3 years in managerial role
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Experience managing multi-region operations within Malaysia is advantageous

Position Summary

Healthcare Consultants Asia Sdn. Bhd. (HCASB) is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead business growth initiatives and expand HCASB’s presence throughout Malaysia. The role will focus on strengthening referral networks, increasing specialist opinion case volume, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing HCASB as a leading provider of independent medical opinions and medico-legal services in motor claims and related healthcare assessments.

The candidate will drive growth across all regions in Malaysia, including Central, Northern, Southern, East Coast, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Regional Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow HCASB’s business throughout Malaysia.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in new regions and underserved markets.

  • Maintain consistency of corporate branding and communications.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage HCASB digital marketing initiatives, including:

  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
