Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
Provide safe and punctual chauffeuring services for the Executive Director/ Group CEO, including other guest if requested by Executive Director/ Group CEO, to and from work, meetings, and official events.
Coordinate closely with the Executive Director/ Group CEO’s schedule, including lunchtime and annual leave plans.
Ensure passengers arrive safely and on time at their destinations.
Locate suitable parking areas and wait at designated locations as required.
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and good condition of the vehicle at all times.
Arrange and send the vehicle for regular servicing and maintenance when necessary.
Comply with all traffic laws, LTA regulations, and speed limits while driving.
Remain contactable during official working hours and respond promptly to calls or messages from the office.
Perform ad-hoc assignments or errands, including but not limited to:
Delivery or collection of documents
Photocopying and other simple administrative tasks
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Executive Director/ Group CEO.
Requirements:
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record
Well-versed in Singapore roads and traffic regulations
Conversant in English with a pleasant personality
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Able to work independently and uphold confidentiality at all times
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
