Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager / Manager to manage operations in the telco industry. Responsible for leading teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecom infrastructure projects and daily site operations
• Supervise tower erection, upgrading, maintenance, and related site activities
• Coordinate civil, electrical, and mechanical works across multiple project sites
• Monitor project progress, budgeting, costing, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational or site-related issues efficiently
• Ensure proper manpower planning, resource allocation, and site coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure or related projects
• Hands-on experience in tower works, substations, civil, or electrical projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance requirements
• Possess CIDB Green Card and Working at Height (WAH) certification is an added advantage
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required
• Able to work independently and under tight project timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
