GENERAL MANAGER – GROUP STRATEGY AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Location: KUALA LUMPUR
Salary: RM28,000 to RM 35,000 (Basic)
Reporting To: GROUP CHAIRMAN

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Chairman, leading high-level communications with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across the organization by integrating regulatory, operational, and strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
- Play a pivotal role in executing Group-wide strategies and business plans, ensuring strong delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and champion the Group’s Transformation Agenda built on five core pillars: Governance, Business Strategy, Human Capital, Financial Performance, and Operational Excellence.
- Work closely with C-suite leaders and the Board of Management, setting clear performance expectations while coaching and empowering them to deliver results.
- Enhance corporate governance frameworks and continuously improve operational efficiency across the organization.
- Operate at the heart of leadership, partnering closely with the CEO’s and senior management to drive operational excellence and execution discipline.
- Support the CEO’s in refining business operations to align with the organization’s long-term growth vision.
- Oversee the successful implementation of key business initiatives, proactively identifying risks and putting mitigation strategies in place.
- Align senior leadership behind the Chairman’s direction, facilitating consensus and ensuring board-level buy-in prior to key decisions.
- Represent the Chairman in high-level follow-ups and correspondence, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Engineering or Business.
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy, business operations and executive-level support roles.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CEOs and leadership teams.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
