WE ARE HIRING – QHSE MANAGER

We are looking for a highly competent and independent QHSE Manager to lead and manage the company’s Integrated Management & Regulatory (IMR) System and ensure continuous compliance across all operational and certification requirements.

The candidate must be capable of independently improving and strengthening the existing management systems while guiding the QA & QHSE Executives in maintaining proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.

• Manage and maintain the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS/IMR)
• Oversee compliance with:
• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• ISO 45001
• ISO/IEC 17020
• IRATA Rope Access requirements
• Classification Society inspection requirements
• Lead and coordinate all internal and external audits
• Handle NCRs, CAPA, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Review, improve, and standardize QA/QHSE procedures and documentation systems
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of company documents, records, and audit trails
• Guide and supervise QA & QHSE Executives in daily compliance activities
• Liaise with certification bodies, clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Conduct management system reviews and compliance monitoring across operations

• Proven experience managing QHSE systems within Oil & Gas, Inspection, NDT, Rope Access, or Industrial Services industries will be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of integrated management systems and ISO standards
• Experience handling ISO audits, client audits, and accreditation audits independently
• Familiar with inspection body requirements and compliance documentation
• Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with continuous improvement and system enhancement is highly preferred
