Operations Coordinator

Salary: Up to RM 2,500

Work Days: Monday to Friday, Sat Halfday (Office Hours)

Role Overview This position combines desk work with fieldwork. You coordinate data collection and manage ground operations. You ensure all information is accurate and follow strict confidentiality rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data collection using supervisor guidelines.
• Complete all data forms with precision.
• Travel to various locations for ground research.
• Plan and run projects to meet business goals.
• Provide feedback to improve operational rules.
• Protect data based on company privacy policies.

Requirements

• English proficiency.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks.
• Analytical mindset for problem solving.
• Willingness to travel for field research.
• High integrity regarding sensitive information.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
