Responsibilities
Prepare, check, and process export shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits, and customs declarations.
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on cargo status, delivery timelines, and any delays.
Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and company procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and correspondence.
Arrange bookings with carriers and confirm shipping details.
Liaise with relevant authorities as MTIB, Agriculture and Fumigation (candidate have experience is an advantage)
Prepare reports and provide administrative support for export operations.
Ensure timely submission of documents to customers and government agencies.
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate cargo movement and delivery.
Requirements
At least a SPM holder and above
Someone self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision,
Able to start work immediately is really good!
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
