The ideal candidate should possess:

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

· Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects

· Candidate should have a strong functional and technical experience in Embedded SAC/BPC

· More than 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience specializing in SAC/BPC

· Hands-on experience in business process design, requirement gathering, facilitating workshops and technical configurations in Business Planning, Business Budgeting, Business Forecasting and Consolidation Reporting

· Experience in rollout and supporting global template solutions for large companies

· Experience in functional lead role will be an added advantage

· Track record in implementing innovative solution in previous clients/companies

· Solid critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and technical capabilities

· Good organizational skills and logic-based thinking process required

· Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

· An excellent verbal and written communication skill in the English language and able to relate technical issues to business audience

· Self-motivated and can deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision

· Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management

· Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a good attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness

· This position requires the ability to work and communicate as part of a high-performance consulting team in a fast-paced environment
