We're Hiring: QA Lead!

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with at least 5 years of experience in leading QA processes and teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Own end-to-end QA strategy across major applications.

·Define and continuously improve test coverage, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.

·Collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, engineers, and domain stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

·Establish and enforce QA governance, standards, and processes to ensure consistency, traceability, and auditability of testing activities.

·Lead defect management, including triage, prioritisation, root cause analysis, and verification of fixes.

·Design and implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability across systems.

·Oversee performance and reliability testing, including defining benchmarks, analysing results, and identifying bottlenecks.

YOU HAVE

·Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/ Studies/ Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.

·Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Software Testing lead or similar.

·Experience creating test plans, implementing test automation, performance, and stress testing.

·Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
