Role Overview

This internship offers hands-on exposure to consumer engagement strategies and marketing within a luxury retail environment. The intern will support initiatives aimed at strengthening consumer relationships, driving store traffic, and enhancing overall brand experience.


Key Responsibilities


CVM & Database Management

  • Segment Databases: Group clients by spending tiers and purchasing behaviours.
  • Build Target Lists: Generate client leads for retail team outreach.


Campaign & Event Support

  • Coordinate Outreach: Track store follow-ups for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Assist VIP Events: Organize guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics.
  • Facilitate Gifting: Manage execution for seasonal and birthday client gifts.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Track Campaign ROI: Measure sales performance from direct marketing efforts.
  • Compile Weekly Reports: Deliver regional database growth and behavior updates.
  • Analyze Competitors: Research rival loyalty programs and local market activations.


Learning Outcomes

  • Exposure to consumer engagement and CVM practices in a luxury context
  • Understanding of integrated marketing within retail
  • Hands-on experience in campaign and event execution


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in luxury retail and consumer experience


Location: Singapore

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: SGD 1,500 per month
