Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Senior Staff System Validation Engineer specializing in high-speed storage accelerators. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to end-to-end product development, spanning evaluation platforms and system reference design validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-silicon verification and post-silicon system validation activities
• Define and drive SoC test strategy, including test plan development and execution
• Perform system-level and electrical validation for high-speed interfaces and support customer enablement
• Oversee test program development and automation scripting
• Diagnose and debug complex system-level issues, driving HW/SW/FW co-verification efforts
• Own and manage Functional Circuit Test (FCT) and In-Circuit Test (ICT) processes
• Lead RMA analysis, collaborating with customers and manufacturing teams to resolve board-level issues
• Drive SoC characterization and failure analysis initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior engineering staff

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in system validation within complex SoC environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in system board design, bring-up, and debugging
• Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Solid understanding of high-speed interface validation and electrical verification
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to solving complex technical problems
• Exposure to one or more domains: Microcontrollers, DSPs, SoCs, FPGA platforms, or hardware emulation
• Programming experience in C/C++ and test automation scripting
