Company Background:

We are representing a leading telecommunications company in Malaysia providing mobile and digital services nationwide. With a strong retail network, they focus on delivering great customer experiences and innovative solutions. They are currently hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Tawau, Sabah, to support store operations, assist customers, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help customers with mobile plans, devices, and broadband services.
• Promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support and guide junior staff in daily operations.
• Manage registrations, renewals, and service upgrades.
• Stay updated on latest promotions and products.
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales, retail, or telco industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Hours:

• 9:30am - 7:00pm

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday (Rotational Shift)
• 5 working days per week

Annual Leave: 12 days
