Job Description
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation and reliability of production machines & equipment
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for machine breakdowns and process issues.
- Coordinate closely with the maintenance team on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Guide & supervise technicians in maintenance, repair, and machine setup activities
- Plan & Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime
- Analyze machine performance, downtime, and rejection data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to improve efficiency, quality and reliability
- Support Machine installation, commissioning, and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures & company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, downtime analysis, and improvement plans for management review.
Job Requirement
- Work Experience - Preferably 1-3years experience in manufacturing environment, hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, maintenance and process improvement.
- Professional Requirement - Training in machine operation & maintenance (Blowing, Compressors, chillers)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
